Filler Coating Machine CASC
Heavy-duty roller coating machine for the single-sided application of high viscosity filler materials onto wood-based panels or solid wooden parts.
The Bürkle filler coating machine CASC is particularly suited for the use of high or low viscosity water-based or UV based fillers.

Machine Design
- Large applying, doctor and smoothing roller
- Applying and smoothing roller as well as transport system with separate, steplessly adjustable frequency drives
- Direct drive of constant speed for the reversing doctor roller
- Motors and limited switch explosion-proof at the machine
- Stirring finger in the roller gap to distribute the materials and to prevent thickening to the filler
- Automatic return of the filler scraped off from the smoothing roller into the material circulation system.
