For the single-sided application of liquid coating materials onto angular or vertical edges of workpieces

Field of Application

  • Coating of micro bevels on laminate flooring planks
  • Application of lacquer on straight or profiled door edges
  • Staining of non-profiled door or furniture edges
  • Base and top coat application on furniture edges with or without radiuses

Design of the Machine

  • Separate, steplessly adjustable frequency-controlled direct drive for the applying roller
  • Doctor roller equipped with a separate, steplessly adjustable frequency-controlled direct drive, if need be
  • Basic version with a pneumatic double diaphragm pump (R 1/2")
  • Can be mounted to the customer's transport systems (i.e., double end tenoners, edge glue spreading machines, etc.)
  • Can be used at production speeds of up to 200 m/min. (i.e., laminate flooring production)
