Online Specialists in our Technical Support Center can communicate directly with the controller on many of your machines via modem. With this connection, we "look inside" the electronics of the equipment, help guide the operator to solutions, and resolve problems more quickly.

Modem connection simply requires a standard analog phone line and a quick call from Stiles Technical Support to begin diagnostic testing.
