Course description
This course provides comprehensive instruction on moulder setup, operation, tool referencing (Accu-lok System) and preventative maintenance. Instruction on identification and troubleshooting of defects will be emphasized in this course. Selection of the appropriate tooling and feed rates based on wood species and desired finish texture will also be discussed. Use of the Accu-Lok (TM) System to reference the axial and radial points will be demonstrated and performed. $ 495 per student when enrolling in conjunction with the WD055: Moulder Knife Grinding Concepts, Stiles Education course.
