Course description
This course teaches the fundamentals of programming and diagnostics of the CoDeSys and TwinCAT software for open PLC architecture on Weeke BeckHoff, Homag PC22 and Homag PC85 controller models. Operation and troubleshooting using the CoDeSys program on these PC based machines is included. Emphasis is placed on the IEC61131 standard, Homag Group naming and organization system, visual building, troubleshooting and Woodscout program in relationship to everyday troubleshooting of the machines. MODELS: Homag BAZ (PC-83/85), Homag BAK series, Homag BOF series, all Homag edgebanders with PC22 controllers, Weinmann series, any machine using CoDeSys
