Roll coating uses machinery, chemistry, methods, and precautions that are quite different from spray finishing. This course focuses on the unique operational, maintenance, and safety considerations that are present when using this finishing process. Each step of the roll coat finishing process will be examined from White Wood Sanding to Topcoating. Roto gravure printing is also covered as a potential part of roll coat finishing. Finishing supervisors, operators and maintenance personnel will benefit from this course.
