By partnering with Perfect Technology Center (PTC) based in Red Oak, Texas, Stiles is now able to offer a low cost solution for computer-controlled waterjet cutting machines. PTC manufactures high performance, all stainless steel waterjet cutting systems that employ a linear drive technology to achieve cutting speeds of 4,000 - 5,000 inches per minute in pure water applications such as cutting gaskets, foam, and rubber products. These high cutting speeds enable the PTC waterjet cutting machines to be two to three times more productive than competitive machines currently in the marketplace.
PTC waterjet systems include intensifier pump technology from KMT waterjet systems (formally the Ingersoll Rand pump division). KMT is world renown for their product reliability, performance, and superior service support.
The PTC's post processing software utilizes Lantek Expert Cut, a CAD / CAM system specially designed to automate the programming of sheet metal cutting machines (oxicut, plasma, laser, water jet). The result of more than 20 years experience in close collaboration with both manufacturers and users of these types of machines, Lantek Expert Cut perfectly combines machine technology with customers' programming and management requirements.
