On-Site Training
On-Site Software Specialist & Integration Rates Effective Jan 01, 2003
It is at our request that training be done in a classroom setting at our facility. This allows for no interruptions and a training room that is conducive to the software you are training on. Understanding that in certain circumstances it may not be practical for someone to come to our location, we do offer on-site training at the following rates. Rates for Software Specialist:
Normal working hours (based on 8-hour day) $125/hr.
Saturdays and overtime in excess of 8 hours $187.50/hr.
Sundays and holidays $250.00/hr.
Travel Time:
From Monday through Friday, except for holidays $55/hr.
Saturdays $83/hr.
Sundays and holidays $110/hr.
Minimum time charge for each call $375
Software Specialist & Integration Rates
Charges are computed from the time our personnel leave the home base in Gastonia or previous job until they arrive back at their home base or depart for their next assignment. Should it be necessary to remove the installation personnel for reasons beyond our control, the resulting costs will be invoiced.
For installations exceeding two (2) weeks, transportation and travel time are charged for service personnel to return home every second weekend. If our personnel are prevented from working through no fault of our own, the waiting costs are charged. Waiting hours count as normal working time.
Automobile travel (other than car rental) is charged at .50 cents per mile, plus parking fee and tolls. Air travel, taxis, buses, and car rentals are also chargeable.
Hotel accommodation charges are payable against receipt. Freight costs for spare parts and working materials are also chargeable.
Gratuities, whether by money or in kind, which are not part of the contract, will not be taken into account in the calculation of the installation invoice.
Daily allowance for all meals, gratuities and sundries for a full day $60
Total training charges will be invoiced by us after completion of software installation.
