The Vector Revolution 180 is truly innovative with its simple operating logic. By applying, trimming, and scraping edgebanding in one simultaneous operation, the average cycle time is under two minutes. The machine consistently produces quality parts, including 360˚ butt joints. The patented process is controlled by an intuitive interface that doesn't require CNC programming.
The Vector Revolution 180 complements traditional manufacturing methods as well as nested-based manufacturing. The machine functions as a dedicated edgebander in the same way as existing throughfeed edgebanders operate, allowing manufacturers to leverage the capacity of an existing router. More
