The automatic measurement and alignment functions allow the machine to perform efficiently with virtually any batch size. This CNC assembly system produces 7 parts per minute in batch size one mode or up to 8 pieces per minute in batch mode. The patent pending wire spool nailing technology inserts nails efficiently with repeatable accuracy. Final assembly is quick and precise. Pre-assembled doors are automatically fed into the machine and positioned. Once positioned, fixtures squarely clamp the width and length of the door frame.
