The Homag KAL 200 single-sided edgebander is a machine designed to apply thin tape for manufacturers of cabinets, closet components and more. This machine is capable of running 25 m/min (82 ft/min), making it the right solution for high volume needs. Designed to utilize minimal floor space, the KAL 200 is built to withstand multiple shift operations and a demanding production schedule.

KAL 600
The Homag KAL 600 single-sided edgebander will apply virtually any type of coiled material--including high pressure laminate and solid wood strips. This edgebander features a pre-melting station that produces a clean edge and superior end product.

KAL 700
Homag's KAL 700 is a completely automatic single-sided edgebander that employs several great features such as panel pre-milling, an FF12 corner rounding station and Diamond I-tooling--the most advanced tooling available.

KAL Door Machine
Homag’s KAL door machine is specifically designed to apply edgebanding on entry doors. This unit will process a pre-sized, square workpiece with a 0 to 5 degree bevel required on U.S. entry doors. The KAL door machine applies edgebanding from .4mm thin to 3mm thick and is capable of processing solid wood strips up to 20mm thick in the non-beveled position and up to 1mm in the beveled position. Adjustment is done easily with manually fixed stops. The infeed fence accommodates various size work pieces. Feed speeds range from 18 to 24 m/min (59 to 79 ft/min). The KAL door machine is built to withstand a demanding production schedule for any size operation and is an excellent solution for interior/exterior residential or interior commercial wood door manufactures. KF 20
Homag's KF 20 double-sided edgebander is designed to size, profile, rebate, groove, and edgeband or softform two opposing sides of a panel in a single pass.
Banding can be veneer, melamine, or PVC up to 3mm thick.

KF 25, 26
Homag's KF 25 and KF 26 double-sided edgebanders are designed to size, profile, rebate, groove, and edgeband panels in a single pass. Banding can be veneer, melamine, or PVC up to 3mm thick.
Both machines come equipped with a double hogger and a compact gluing station and accept optional workstations. The KF 26 has space for additional optional workstations.

KFL 10
Homag's KFL 10 contour edgebander is a feedthrough machine that makes contoured parts. Shaping and edgebanding are performed in a single pass. Contour depths can be processed up to 11-15/16" deep, at speeds through the machine at up to 98 ft/min.

Homag's KL 25/26 double-sided edgebander is designed to apply edge materials of up to 3mm to opposing sides of panels. Motorized height and width adjustment let it adapt quickly to your production needs.
The KL 25 is designed for length processing, while the KL 26 has the added dimensions and features for width processing. Both machines can be used in line for single-pass application.
