HPP 500 Series
Holzma's HPP 500 Series high-performance horizontal beam saws set new industry standards. This brand new series of panel saws is designed for all companies that process large quantities of panels in mass production or require particularly long cutting length and runs. The 500 Series consists of three individual saws: the HPP models 530, 550, and 570, as well as the corresponding HPP models equipped with a solid lifting table for automatic loading.
The 500 Series delivers a number of innovative technical highlights, such as a new drive principle, an exact alignment for the saw blade stroke, and a light sensor with its own dust cleaning unit--but the major enhancement is the patented mineral cast base. The new saw bodies are extremely torsion-resistant, noise-absorbing, and vibration-dampening for high precision tracking of the saw blade and tight tolerance accuracy. Due to the elimination of vibration, blade life is extended by 30% or more. Available in front- or rear-load configuration, The 500 Series is a modular system that can be easily integrated into an existing production line.
Features
- Mineral cast saw base - to absorb vibrations and allow for higher cutting speeds
- Rigid saw carriage - for minimum wear and accurate saw blade projection
- Redesigned steel pressure beam - significantly improves dust extraction
- Innovative clamps on the program fence - position material accurately on the cutting line
