The Belfab JDW collector is designed for moderate to heavy dust loads and collects dust particles ranging from coarse to mixed sizes.  This unit is generally recommended for woodworking applications involving on or two machines in a small size shop environment, or as a dedicated “stand-alone” solution in a larger facility. Belfab’s NBM dust collector is designed to filter volumes of air varying from 1,000 CFM to 12,000 CFM.  This outdoor unit uses Belfab’s patented modular technology, allowing operators the ability to “add-on” filtration modules when the volume of air needed to be filtered increases or to optimize the filtration ratio’s cost effectiveness.

The NBM series is able to operate with Belfab’s patented upgradeable fans, enabling the units to be modified to increase airflow from 2 HP/1,000 CFM up to twin 20 HP/12,000 CFM fans.

Various disposal options are available, ranging from the simple steel drums, to the easy-to-handle tilt truck, to the high production pneumatic dust transfer system.

The Belfab NBM-OP is a compact, high efficiency extraction solution. With a height of less than 11' tall, this unit is designed to operate as either a dedicated “stand-alone” unit or as a main dust collector within a woodworking facility.

The expandable filter module capability allows the collector the ability to offer large filtration surfaces, capable of developing an air-to-cloth ratio better than 6:1. The NBM-OP series comes with Belfab’s patented upgradable blower to increase blower performances from a 2 HP/1,000 CFM to a 20 HP/6,000 CFM by simply replacing the motor and impeller within the same fan housing.  The optional HUMMER 1,800 RPM fan offers superior quiet operation at up to 6,000 CFM.
